The setup fee to be paid by the customer is a one-time fee to cover the costs of installation, configuration, and support. This fee is not refundable.

Monthly billing will begin one month after initial setup, to be billed in the amount listed on our Plans and Prices page. The customer will be emailed a PayPal link upon completion of initial setup. The customer website will be activated once the customer has signed up for that monthly subscription payment (there will be no monthly fee charged for the first month).

No refunds will be given for partial months if a monthly billing subscription is canceled with a partial month left on the subscription.

The customer is responsible for adding and editing all website content. Online video tutorials are available in the Support section of this website. Technical support via email or telephone is available for free for the first 30 days. After the first 30 days, up to 2 hours of support per month is available for free via email or telephone. Further technical support is available at a charge to the customer of $50 per hour.

GOP Web Connect takes no responsibility for the content presented on our customers' websites. We provide the platform, themes, hosting, and technical expertise for our customers but they are solely responsible for the content added to their site. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization posting content that we find offensive.

GOP Web Connect is intended for organizations that plan to use our service long-term. Customers may cancel service at any time, but may not sign up for our 3 standard plans if their intention is to create a short-term website for less than one year, such as in the case of a candidate for an upcoming election. Short-term websites are available through GOP Web Connect with the purchase of a custom theme. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization who appears to be creating a short-term website.
