4th of July Picnic
A wonderful time was had by all at our annual 4th of July family picnic. Well over 200 people turned out for this year's festivities, nearly double that of last year.
Many many thanks to our Republican Women's Club for providing the food and beverages, and to our Young Republicans Club for assisting with the parking. The event went off without a hitch and we could not have done it without your help.
Our raffle raised $525 for our party which will be used toward our local candidates' campaign efforts. The grand prize winner was Judy Johnson, who walked away with a weekend for two at a Bed and Breakfast in the beautiful town of Chimney Rock.
